Ready or Not: How California School Districts are Reimagining Parent Engagement in the Era of Local Control Funding Formula
Drawing on thirty interviews with district leaders and staff members, the report is an honest and highly specific portrait of the very real challenges of parent engagement.
Explore social sector research on strengthening parenting and families. This can include a wide variety of social services that are designed to support healthy family development, such as improving a family's ability to resolve problems before they reach crisis, and so prevent the need for unnecessary placement of children in foster care, group homes, or other alternative environments.
