To promote the mental, moral and physical development of children and youth ages five to eighteen, especially low-income youth, in the Boston, MA and New York, NY metropolitan areas. Program support grants are available for the expansion of programs with well-defined goals that are expected to be met in a specified time frame. "Bricks and mortar" capital support grants are available for renovation, expansion, construction, and acquisition of physical facilities and purchase of non-expendable equipment.
